Shipping Rate:

Free shipping available - You don't have to pay shipping for all items at doufit.net. We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Most orders require 1 to 2 business days to process. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.


Shipping Method:

Doufit usually use FedEx, USPS, Amazon to shipping your order. Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Doufit products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.

Every country has its own import regulations and restrictions. You can contact or refer to the official website of your local post office or customs agency to estimate the amount of import duties you may have to pay.

① Can I cancel or make changes to an order?

② Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Before delivery, you can contact Customer Service to correct the address. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.


③ How can I track my order?

In order to receive tracking information. YOU MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT.

If you check out as a guest, tracking information will not be available. In addition, you may receive a password reset email from the Doufit official website. If necessary, you can reset your password according to the email message. Convenient to view order information.


④I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped,you will receive a shipment notification email.


⑤ What do I do if I am missing an item from my order?

Please contact Customer Service to request assistance. Any item(s) that are missing will need to be reported within 10 days of delivery.
